Cancellation Policy


Our time together is important. Please consider your appointment time carefully and do not commit to a time that may be questionable. Please choose a time that is convenient for you. Unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or pay 75% of the missed appointment fee.

We understand that there are unexpected circumstances and events that arise on occasion. However, missed appointments prevent us from serving other clients and are costly in lost time and revenue. Therefore, clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment fee and marked as “No Show”. Gift certificates will be forfeited for no shows.

Sickness Policy:

Better Living Massage Center & Spa recognizes that both massage therapist and clients are vulnerable to illnesses and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling under the weather. If you have a contagious illness it is best for your health and the health of our staff that your appointment be rescheduled.

Lateness Policy:

We request you arrive early for your appointment, this allows you time for paperwork, and/or discussion with your therapist regarding your session. If you arrive late for your appointment, the time left of your scheduled session will be used to its best advantage and you will be charged for the full length of the scheduled appointment.

If your massage therapist is late for the appointment, the full scheduled time will be granted and you will receive a discount for the inconvenience.
